An excellent & unique get-away. Peaceful, romantic, yet plenty to do - and the sunsets are brilliant. You are greeted by hosts and music every time you enter the compound, which is pretty special. The service was really good plus they pick you up at the airport, take you on local trips (to the local town & castle), plus drive you to the area of the desert for the camel rides. They even provide evening entertainment with a local dancer and traditional live music in an open-air very comfortable lounge area in a circular arena. The whole experience was truly a memorable one.

We stayed in the villa with the pool and glad we did. It was extremely stunning and great value.

Royal treatment in middle of dessert! Couldn’t believe they have been able to create a luxurious hotel in middle of nowhere. The tents had every facility for running hot water, running toilets shower, just like hotel. The tents were spick and span with no dust or sand anywhere, which was amazing given that it is surrounded by only sand. Service, food was excellent. Sunset camel safari was the highlight of the stay. I would come back again

Very neat and beautiful place. If we are thinking to enjoy authentic traditional India culture , then best place to visit Jaisalmer and to stay in this camp. Staff are very professional and helpful. Night music and dance of Rajasthan is awesome. We enjoyed. It would be better if you think of Play area for kids and heaters facility in future as it’s very cold in the night .

As a traveler visiting India for the first time, my stay at Golden Star Desert Camp & Resort was truly one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming. The desert safari was the highlight — the sunset over the sand dunes was absolutely stunning. The camel ride felt authentic and peaceful, while the jeep safari added an exciting touch.The night safari was a unique experience, driving through the quiet desert under a sky full of stars. I also tried the quad biking, which was exciting and well-organized — a perfect activity for adventure lovers. The evening cultural program under the stars made the experience even more special. The food and snacks were delicious, fresh, and well-prepared, with great flavors and good variety for international guests.

The cultural program is very nice and also dinner and breakfast are good and staffs and owner are very well behaved

Great campsite for peace & relaxation (A Writer Kabil Jaisalmer)

The resort is in a very wonderful and wonderful place in Jaisalmer. There is no problem of any kind here. It is a very good place to stay. The hospitality and service here is very commendable. The management and hotel staff here are very good. They provide service with good behavior. Talking about the quality of food, very high quality food is available here. In every way, the service here is commendable in an excellent way. The management being done by Sawai Surab Bhai is a very wonderful management.
