We stayed here after a difficult situation because we had a car accident on our trip. The host was incredibly kind and caring. Even though we arrived late at night, she waited for us and welcomed us warmly. The room was clean, beautiful, spacious, and fully prepared with everything we needed. It truly felt like our own home. The next morning, because of our injuries and hospital visit, we asked if we could check out later. The host didn’t just accept, she also offered to take us to the hospital herself. Later, when we struggled to find a taxi for our long return trip to Tokyo, she kindly arranged help for us again. Her uncle drove us safely, and he was very friendly during the ride. We are deeply grateful for their kindness. This place is not just a place to stay — it is a home with wonderful people. We highly recommend staying here. It's a great cozy stay in a traditional Japanese house in Saitama. Mariko is a wonderful host who makes a delicious breakfast and dinner. She is also a great conversationalist and you will learn a lot about traditional Japanese culture and history from her. The place is a bit far from the train station but she will offer car rides to and from there.

The hotel looks so modern and elegant. It was clean and also they provided two bottles of water and everything was super fine. It was exactly like expected and it looks the same as the pictures. Also, the staff was very nice and kind. They were very helpful and even though they didn’t speak English, and I don’t speak Japanese they tried to communicate with me and they made everything easy.
