Fresa Inn is always reliable. Good location near the station. Air conditioning is very strong.

Breakfast buffet, evening soba and afternoon drink bar were all excellent. They also served welcome drinks on our first day. There are many convenient features of this hotel including being able to monitor on the TV the status of the laundry machines, as well as having a kids lounge set including pajamas, toothbrush, slippers and toothbrush.

I’m so glad that they provide me the amenities I need every morning. The location is so safe and comfortable to stay. The staff are all hospitable and friendly. I’d love to stay in Koko Hotel anywhere in Japan.

Nice hotel, comfortable room and bed, and super clean. It is 30 minutes drive from Sendai station, near an agricultural area. The frequent free shuttle makes it easy to enjoy both places.

Centrally located, quiet, beautiful card keys (I really wanted one as a souvenir, but they do not sell them). Three of us stayed in a corner room, so we had 3 beds; one was a bunk bed that crossed over the twin beds below. Might have been too crowded if no desk and sofa to allow for keeping 3 suitcases handy. 😃

Location, beautiful lobby, very large room. shoutout to mr. wahyu who gave us suggestion about where to go with toddler. will defo come back again.

The spa was really great for casual baths. The cold spa wasn't freezing but cold enough to feel get the shivers, the baths were hot enough to stimulate the skin, the sauna was spacious enough. The free beer token and after-bath accommodations were the cherry on top. I'm very appreciative of my stay in Sendai and I think a good amount of that is because of this hotel.

The onsen was so nice. The bed and room was perfect for us. The staff was so helpful and kind.

As someone who only knows enough japanese to be polite I found it very comforting that the staff made their best effort when trying to communicate with me.

Good location, nice service and amenities, room was pretty spacious. Tasty and interesting food selection for breakfast. Staff was very polite and eager to help even with not hotel related issues.

The room is small, as most of the Japanese city hotel rooms. But we only use it to sleep, so it doesn't matter to us. The service was great from the staff. Breakfast is adequate using local produces. We enjoyed the onsen bath. Easy walking distance to Sendai station even for my 80 year old mother. Plenty of restaurants around. Great price. Loved it.

Location. Rooms were well appointed. Staff were very attentive Facilities were first class.

The ambient motivates you to relax. The thermal baths are for men and women separated from each other. They change everyday the assigned gender to enjoy both. The food is served as a buffet and is delicious. They serve typical dishes from the region. You enter the place and you don't want to get out.

Interior trendy and new. The outdoor onsen was good 😊
