If I could give this place 11 stars I would. The rooms and house exceeded our expectations. Rooms and house looked new, clean, and extremely comfortable and had everything you needed. Other amenities such as access to the pool, kitchen or the kettle were great for our long term stay. Host and caretaker were extremely friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. Having the caretaker Raj available on site 24/7 made us feel safe leaving our valuables at the house.

The house and bathrooms were spotless and exceptionally clean. The host and manager were both very helpful and welcoming. We had the chance to enjoy an authentic Jaffna meal prepared by their cook, and it was absolutely delicious! The crab curry and mutton curry were iconic, I’ve started loving the unique spice and flavor of Jaffna-style cooking. The environment was peaceful and relaxing; waking up every morning to the sound of birds chirping and taking evening walks around the beautiful garden were truly mesmerizing experiences. Our kids especially enjoyed playing with the village-style pump set every day — such a lovely, authentic touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back soon! - Naveed Ashraf-

when we first booked this stay, we wondered if it was too good to be true. We can say now that it was everything we hoped for, and more. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a view of palm trees and greenery from the veranda. The woodwork, windows, furniture, decor are all gorgeous. The bedroom was very comfortable with top-notch A/C and shuttered windows that blocked out all light for a good night's sleep. Above all, our hosts were the best we ever had. They are caring, kind, considerate, warm people. We felt so cared for with the best food we've ever had in our Sri Lankan travels (at an amazing price), and their ongoing effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We had great conversations about Sri Lankan culture and received many valuable tips about how to make the most of our time. Truly a beautiful family and stay. We could keep going on, but if you've read this far, just book it!!

What a wonderful experience to stay here. So welcoming! Wonderful hosts that went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The pool was great. So lovely to cool down after being out and about all day. The food was great, we tried the local food for breakfast which was home cooked. We enjoy Sri Lankan food but not spicy so they catered to our needs and prepared it the way we liked it. One of the mornings we were there there was a wedding photoshoot. Such an interesting cultural experience.
