Rooms were spacious and clean.situated in a quiet and peaceful area very close to ragama and welisara towns. Owners were friendly and good value for the money. Highly recommended.

Facilities including AC, tea bags, kitchen equipment was spot on. The place was extremely clean and well put together. The host is the friendliest person you will ever meet. The neighborhood is quiet and calm and the bed is very comfy.

Wonderful 4-night stay at The Nest Kandana. Excellent service, warm and friendly staff, and a peaceful relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come again. Highly recommended.

The villa has a well designed interior with ample space for dining, watching TV, and relaxing. The environment is very calm and quiet, with no noise disturbance.

The Family Beach Villa is located in very quiet neighborhood just between the airport and busy Colombo. So it is perfect place to start or finish your trip. The host family is very friendly and welcoming. Ashan always makes sure everyone is fine and helps to organize your next trip. The beach is not suitable for swimming but Villa has lovely swimming pool. There are couple of nice restaurants around. I will definitely be staying there at the end of my trip. I recommend this place if you are looking for easy quiet time, good for single travelers as for families with little kids.

I booked this hotel for my in laws who flew in for our wedding during their stay in Sri Lanka. They were extremely happy about the service as well as security at the property. The entire place was clean and the staff was very helpful in attending to my in laws every need. My in laws had both breakfast and lunch at the in-house restaurant and they were satisfied with the food quality and quantity. Great value for money and as always in Lanka, the best feature is the hospitality of the staff. Highly recommended!
