Great location lavish facilities

We had a great experience! We were warmly welcomed by Dar Bensouda staff, even though I came at a ridiculous hour of 5am. The hotel is built inside a 16th century buidling — the ceilings and the decor are amazing, and the room stays cool during the day even without an AC. And it was nice to chill by the pool after the heat of the streets outside.

Nice room, really big and comfy, some staff were great some not so engaging.

The whole staff were great from front desk to house keeping to the restaurant, Hagar, Salma, Safae, Yusuf and Wadii (those are the names i was able to remember)make you feel like family, very helpful on where to eat and what to do, the fact they had a gym open an indoor and outdoor pool and a sauna was a major plus....the breakfast was great as well. I highly recommend

We really liked the interior design and style of the Riat. Furthermore was there always a friendly staff member available to help with any questions or wishes. We would always recommend this place. The location is just 3 minutes walking from the center of the old medina. Perfect stay.

The location is great, as it is only 10 minutes from the blue gate in the old medina. It is gorgeous, breakfast was diversified, and the staff (Abdul, Zak and Fatima) are friendly, attentive and very polite. the Room is equipped with a private shower, a big king size bed, it was clean and beautifully decorated. Price is top reasonable. Delicious dinner is available at the Riad – sufficient variety on offer.

The building and my room (a single) were stunning. The bird songs outside my second-floor window were lovely all day long, as the building is next to a forested garden. The rooftop terrace view at sunset was stunning. The breakfast was delicious. Mhamed greeted me with tea on my arrival, gave me a thorough map orientation to the alleys of the old city and was always a warm, gracious presence during my stay.

Beautiful and comfortable place, the staff has been super friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with them. Everything was perfect from top to bottom! The location is great, just a couple minutes walk from the parking lot (there's also a direct door to the parking but we still went through the medina). It's very convenient to be close to the east entrance to the medina, as it's also where shops and restaurants are opened the whole evening, when downtown starts closing.

The team at Riad old palace was our highlight. This Riad is a hidden gem in the heart of the old Fes medina - peaceful and welcoming and just short walk from the main gate bab Rcif . Our suite was spacious and clean, the value for the room was exceptional. They went way above beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Help us with a great driver and guide to take us sightseeing. We highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Fes

I had such a fantastic time at this hotel and spa! It was the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing night; I truly felt like I was in a little slice of paradise. The staff made the experience even better—everyone was so friendly and helpful! A big shoutout to Abdullah at the front desk and Iman at the spa reception; they were incredibly welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. Thank you for making our stay so special!

I had a wonderful stay at the Menzeh Zalagh 2Boutique Hotel and Sky . I would really recommend it to any one biding Fez. The staff were very friendly and understanding. The breakfast was also amazing as well. I will definitely be coming back here for my next visit to Fed.

The staff were so friendly and nice! They were super helpful during our stay, from coming to pick us up so we could get to the riad to arranging transport to the station. They spoke excellent English and gave us tips on what to see in the city! The breakfast was also delicious, the room super clean and the bed was very comfortable. I’d be happy to come back should I be in Fes again!

Amazing stay overall! Good location, easy to find and a good pickup place for guided tours. Rooms are really authentic, clean and have pretty much everything you need. We had a warm welcome from the hosts that helped us with pointers about navigating the medina. Definitely would recommend to everyone!
