The place is very clean, comfortable, and has a great sea view, just like in the pictures. There are several kitchen appliances you can use for cooking, including an induction hob, a mini grill, and an air fryer, or simply to heat up your food. The fridge is also a good size. The host is kind and helpful. He was very accommodating and helped us a lot with parking. There are plenty of great beaches nearby (a 3–8 minute drive away). Just be aware that the area isn’t very walkable, so it’s best to have a car or use taxis.

Spectacular view and very well equipped villa. The infinity pool is a plus! Easy communication with the host. Will definitely visit again!

Stunning brand new house, clean and comfortable. Very private and picturesque location, 7 minutes away from the city. You probably need a car to stay here. Modern location with a country feel.

For those seeking peace and quiet, the location is amazing. Beautiful sea views, flowers around the building and on the apartment balcony. The apartment itself is very large, perfectly suitable for 4-6 people.

Location is the best! its between two most beautiful beaches in Montnegro, yes you need a car but the best beaches in Montenegro are anyway only accesable by the car.Villa sits in beautiful olive garden on the hill and i defenetely didnt have any problem with noice.i was here with small kids 2 and 3 years old and is really baby friendly.would defenetely recommend!

Very nice place to stay for a couple - it was really peaceful and quiet with super nice view on the sea. There was everything needed, facilities were good. There was even a pool, that we didn’t have proper time to swim in. Beaches nearby are beautiful and clean, some of them have great infrastructure. Overall we have spent great time there. Wow!! The view, super comfy bed, good water pressure in the shower, amazing terrace. The room was big and spacious. Hosts were lovely. Aircon worked well, good parking and elevator for your luggage. There was a great little coffee shop down the hill (Mia’s). The restaurants along the beach are lovely. In reception they had an old rental car booklet from yoguslavia which was so cool!!!

Perfect location. It is in a quiet place and very close to the beach and to the promenade along the sea. It is a small hotel with very kind staff; they make sure you are happy. I would recommend staying there as opposed to bigger impersonal hotels. Petrovac has a nice beach, but other two beaches are in easy walking distance

We stayed at Rijeka Rezevica and everything was simply perfect. Although we visited many beautiful places this year – from Velika Plaža to Luštica and the Bay of Kotor – this stay stood out by far. The host sent us a video with clear directions to the property, which was incredibly helpful. Dragana, who welcomed us and gave us the keys, is a truly wonderful and kind person. She went above and beyond to help us – whether it was a last-minute grocery run at midnight or letting us check out way past the listed time on Sunday without any issues. Such warm and generous people! The apartment is spacious enough for 4–6 adults, with a perfect terrace for late-night gatherings. It's a peaceful and quiet location, ideal for families, yet still close enough to Budva for those who want to enjoy the nightlife. The apartment is fully equipped – from mosquito repellents to even Vegeta in the kitchen! Every little detail was thought of. We highly recommend this place. This is a really nice place in a super location in Petrovac. For the price the room exceeded my expectations. First the room was immaculately cleaned and had this large outdoor terrace with a nice view of the sea. Terrace had a table and chairs and was great for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine and morning coffee. The bathroom was perfect and has a kitchen that is well equipped. Olga who is the manager is very helpful and kind. She was very accommodating with my check-in and also was kind enough to store my bags on checkout so I can still explore until my late afternoon bus back to Sutomore. The location is a quick walk to the beach and has many restaurants in the area as well as a grocery store across the street. It was easy to find and there is a restaurant in the front that serves pizza and local cuisine. I would highly recommend this place for its location, comfort and warm staff. I look forward to returning back and will definitely stay here again

Fantastic location, right on the beach. Very pleasant staff. Good breakfast choices each day. Free parking nearby. Comfortable beds and quality furniture, the entire apartment is in Mediterranean style Two ACs in the apartment. Perfectly clean. We really felt welcome here.

We were a group of 13, split into 4 double rooms + 5 at the presidential suite. The double rooms were very comfortable, well designed and maintained. The presidential suite was amazing! Our kids enjoyed it immensely, it’s a beautifully decorated and well equipped apartment with jacuzzi facing the sea. Breakfast was very good, especially the bureks. We also had dinners at the hotel’s restaurant - very good food (especially relative to the north of Montenegro…), excellent service and great atmosphere. The hotel has its own private beach attached to it, water are perfect and Petrovac is a very nice village
