The staff was very nice and the cleanliness was on point

It was near the beach, the sand is fine but the water depth is shallow, generally suitable for children. Although, staff was very friendly and room was cleaned everyday.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The location was great and the area was peaceful. The staff was extremely polite and always ready to help. Secure parking was also available.

I only stayed one night in this apartment but I was very satisfied, everything was good and the staff was welcoming.

The host was super friendly and helped us on check in outside the standard policies that they have. Additionally the room was very clean and area super quite for good rest. Lastly the breakfast was excellent, it was one of most delicious traditional balkan breakfast that we had. Definitely would recommend this place

The apartment is new and the room was very clean. The apartment is not very far from the beach, but there is a little bit of a hill, the owners were very nice and the breakfast very good. In the reception is someone 24h per day. The apartment has also parking.

I was very pleased with our stay. We were able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. Modern rooms and everything was in excellent condition. The rooms are spacious, and the location is convenient with the beach only about 10-minute walk away. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

The staff the location , the food , everything was better than expectations

Great apartment and “hotel” structure. Nice pool and amazing beach area with sun beds and bar (shout out to the bar employer that was super nice to us!). The hotel is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog to breakfast, dinner and also to the sun beds. The breakfast is amazing, and the restaurant is good but very overpriced - specially the wine bottles. They have parking space and is about 10 minutes walking until the old town. And friendly reminder - bring repellent to the beach and restaurant or you will be eaten alive!

The personnel was very kind and even offered to address our disappointment with the pool access, however we are not for bending the house rules. The pool was looking quite decent, clean and spacious, though we didn't try it due to its very limited, for our case, working hours span. Parking was available just outside the hotel. Bathroom was descent in contrast to the rest of the room. We had pool view, which is I guess the best view you can get here.

Everything it's perfect at this place. Room's are luxurious with lovely balcony. Peace and quiet far from bussy Ulcinj. Perfect pool, breakfast perfect, staff more than helpful.

Pretty good location on the main street, convenient for getting to either the bus station or the old town. There is a supermarket nearby. Check-in was fast and smooth. What I really liked was that the internet was fast (about 200 Mbps). The properly sized breakfast included meats, cheese, and some vegetables.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who were professional, friendly, and eager to help with anything I needed.

I liked everything, from villas design, Interiors and equipment to location. 5 star resort. Highly recommend.
