The location in the middle of Tamil and surrounded by a lot of activities. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Lastly, the staff was very welcoming 🙏 and helpful by the administration of Mr. DIPESH

A beautiful, spotless hotel in a great location, with friendly staff, fresh coffee, and clean, comfortable rooms, I really enjoyed the breakfast . There was a great variety of options, with everything freshly prepared and full of flavor. The ingredients tasted fresh, and each dish was beautifully presented. Whether you prefer a light breakfast or something more filling, there's something for everyone. A fantastic way to start the day, and I would definitely recommend it!

My room got upgraded during check-in. the staffs were very helpful and accommodating. I appreciated the way they handled my queries and requests specially the free airport transfer that they offer. my flight was delayed but the driver waited for me and was very helpful throughout the journey.

location is good, it is located in the heart of kathmandu. there are many good spots nearby for shopping and eating! STAFF IS BEYOND AMAZING. always so accommodating, and we're able to give us all of our request. breakfast is so yum! I love all of the dishes.

I had an excellent experience at this place! The service was outstanding, and the manager really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were very clean and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. I will definitely be returning next time! Highly recommend!

The location is excellent - quiet and peaceful and just next to busiest street. The room is bright and clean. Staff are nice and helpful. All facilities are in excellent status.

Our experience with this hotel was excellent even before we arrived. We stayed in touch with the hotel through messages, and Mr. Saroj was very helpful in communicating clearly and patiently with us. He arranged our trekking service in advance at a very affordable rate, which gave us great peace of mind. The trekking itself turned out to be an amazing experience, well organized and smooth from start to finish. Combined with the warm hospitality at the hotel, this made our stay and adventure in Nepal truly memorable.

Had a great stay at Deluxe room. Room was spotless clean and spacious for us. It was our 2nd time here and like first time, this time was amazing too.

The hotel staff is so kind and polite, that at one point I wondered whether I even deserve to be treated THAT nice! Really, I felt like a queen. These are the kind of people who say "you're the MOST welcome, ma'am" instead of "you're welcome" and if an issue arises, they solve it in seconds. What an exceptional hospitality! Everything matches the pictures and there is everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel: comfortable big beds with crispy bedsheets, amazing breakfast, beautiful infinity pool etc., but there are also some nice unexpected touches, like a welcome drink upon arrival, or Chenrezig mantra softly playing in the background during breakfast. It's crazy how you can get such service for such relatively low price. Unmatched quality. The only "disadvantage" is that you get spoiled and it's more difficult to stay in other hotels later.

The hosts & staff were all incredibly welcoming! They helped our stay feel like a home away from home. I loved being able to go up to the terrace and have complimentary tea/coffee at any time of the day. Not only will I stay here again my next time I’m in Kathmandu, I will also be recommending this hotel to any friends traveling in the area!

It is a wonderful oasis of tranquility in busy busy Thamel. The staff are very kind . The garden is sublime. The service excellent. It is a MUST stay.

The staff is incredibly kind and the food on-site is great. The location just north of Thamel gives you easy access to gear shops and restaurants with a bit more of a neighborhood feel. Nice personal touches like a welcome tea and necklace and flowers across the hotel.
