Very nice hotel in the center of Puno. It was very quiet, the beds was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful.

This is a wonderful property on a private peninsula near Puno. Our room had a spectacular view over the lake and Uros floating islands. There is a trail we walked around the property and enjoyed the beautiful flora and fauna of Titikaka lake. In the evening we set next to fireplace and drank wine. Breakfast is excellent with a magnificent view. Make sure you wake up on time( around 5ish) to witness the most beautiful sunrise.There isn’t better place to stay around Puno. I can’t recommend it enough!

We got a room upgrade and the room was amazing, very big, comfortable and many windows, lot of light coming in. Very good price for value and service. Super nice person at the reception, very friendly and helpful.

- Staff are very responsive to questions and requests. - They offer hot water, free seating area and washrooms at the lobby so we can settle down ourselves before taking an overnight bus. - The breakfast is great with freshly made eggs of your choice.

Everything was fantastic 🤩 our room was small but so nice 😊 bathroom again bit tiny but new, shower had good pressure and was so warm. Breakfast was great. After check out we left our bags behind for a day and again no problem with that. Thank you so much 😊 we will would DEFO book again ..I recommend this place to everyone who travel to PUNO and don’t mind short walk from city centre.

Friendly English speaking staff. Breakfast has a lot of choices. The staff helped me carrying my luggage ls and finding my bolivia hop bus.

The facilities were extremely clean and functional. Each flat has separate kitchen that is fully equipped with nice, new appliances and is kept extremely clean. The bed was comfy and warm, and everything kept really clean. Giovanni was very accommodating, and even let me come back to use the kitchen on a day I had a night bus out of town and was no longer staying there.

This is a gem! Lake Titicaca - Uros Islands are magical. Like walking back in time.

We had stayed 2 nights on an floating island prior, which was kind of like camping. So we really appreciated to come to a modern hotel with running toilets and hot shower, and heated room. It was very nice my twin 10 year olds played outside running and visiting with Alpacas and trying to catch cuy . They had a blast. We recommend.
