Beautiful small hotel with nice rooms and views. Spa is small but effective and welcome addition to relax after end of your hiking/cycling/whatever day. It is located kind of on one side of the village but still walkable from shops, restaurants etc. Biedronka (groceries) is even right across the street. There's elevator in the hotel which was a blessing since my wife had ankle injury during the trip.

Comfortable and very good facilitated accommodation. Wellness and pool are great. Very close to the shop and restaurants. Just a short walk to the Terma Bania.

We stayed at Hotel Zawrat Ski Resort & Spa and overall had a very good experience, especially for a ski holiday. The location is a major advantage. The hotel is easy to reach by car and is less than 100 meters from the ski lift and chairlift — you can practically walk out of the ski room in your boots and reach the lift immediately. The area is quiet, with a pleasant view. It feels more like a rural area without a clear “downtown”; nightlife was not something we were looking for, but it also didn’t stand out as being present nearby. The rooms are clean and well maintained on a daily basis. Budget rooms are on the smaller side but functional; for more comfort, it’s worth considering a higher category. The spa area meets expectations — the SPA looks like in the photos and is well maintained. A nice advantage is that during the day the pool is not crowded, which is great for non-skiers. Breakfast is a strong point: varied and good quality. For lunch and dinner, although the food is good, you might want more variety — there are restaurants within less than 1 km, so alternatives are easy to find. The hotel is family-friendly, with a dedicated space for children. The staff is fine, and communication in English was not an issue. In short: • excellent access to the slopes (very close to the lift) • varied and good breakfast • clean rooms • family-friendly • pool is not crowded during the day

Exceptional Stay - Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel during our visit to Białka Tatrzańska. The hotel offers excellent value for money considering all the facilities and services available. It is suitable for families, couples, and all types of travelers. The swimming pool was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel also has a sauna, spa, and jacuzzi, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The apartment we stayed in was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. It truly felt like a home away from home, with everything we needed during our stay. Parking was available and convenient. The reception staff were outstanding friendly, helpful, professional, and always welcoming us with a smile. Their customer service was excellent from the moment we arrived until we left. Before our arrival, I had a package delivered to the hotel, and they kindly accepted it and kept it safely for several days until I arrived. This was greatly appreciated and showed their dedication to guest satisfaction. Communication was excellent as well. Responses to messages and inquiries were always quick and helpful. I would like to thank the entire hotel team for their hospitality and professionalism. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.

Very nice, modern, clean, comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very nice wellness area upon reservation - good for those who manage to book a slot (which secures the limited number of people using the facility at the same time), but not so nice if there's no slot available.
