It had everything we needed. Tranquility, beautiful beach, a swimming pool, and a very good breakfast on the roof with a view on the beach we’re fisherman were getting their pirogues out of the sea.

The property is beautiful and Kathy and her husband are super nice and very welcome and accommodating! The pool is a phenomenal feature especially to escape the heat in the middle of the afternoon

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We even had the room at our disposal after checkout, which we appreciated very much. The room feels luxurious. The hotel is located in a quieter part of Somone, a bit away from most of the tourist-dense streets, but still very close to everything.

Great location, right at the beach with direct access. Bar and restaurant at the beach in 5min walking distance. Friendly and attentive staff as well as a welcoming host, who helped us find rental companies for quads and scooters. Nice, big breakfast and great view of the sunset. Amenities and rooms were clean and well equipped to a high standard.

The house is very big and the pool was clean. Wonderful garden with lots of plants. Marie was very nice and welcoming.

Lovely boutique oasis in the countryside. Absolutely stay here to get away and relax! The facilities are exactly as pictured on the website. Staff have great attention to guests to ensure a good stay. The food was delicious, fresh juice, and the coffee was fantastic. Tip: book the shuttle from the airport - fresh cold towels! FYI for women travelling alone: the road gets gradually smaller and more rural as you get closer to the hotel. The final turn is on a dirt road that goes between other properties before you come to the gate; this is normal.

The staff ( Agnes and Hamidou) were very welcoming and helpful! The family room is great. The setting and environment with the horses are really nice and the perfect getaway if you reside in a busy coty like Dakar. It is a nice lodge.

This hotel is absolutely charming! The rooms are a nice size. Clean with great air conditioning. We really appreciate the screens on the glass doors. The hotel is located 5 minutes from a beautiful beach. It has a lovely swimming pool and lounge areas with lots of character. The breakfast omeletts and crepes were very tasty. We highly recommend Maison de Clara.

I loved the pool area and living space where meals were served. Artfully decorated and immaculate!
