The rooms were very specious and the bed super comfortable. Shower water and pressure were perfect! Swimming pool was pleasant, the staff took care to leave water the coffee outside the door if needed. The free bicycle are a wonderful and practical idea. I enjoyed them!

Clean, simple and affordable stay in Krabi town. Staffs were nice.

We read a lot of mixed reviews online so initially were hesitant to book but I am so glad we gave this place a chance. The resort was closed for 4 years since COVID and has only recently started opening up again. The staff are really dedicated and trying their hardest to make everyone happy and to bring the resort back to how it was. The whole resort is beautiful and has a wonderful pool adjacent to a lake full of lotus flowers. You can take a canoe ride on the lake as well as many pleasant walks around the huge grounds. The hotel has free bicycles and canoes available for their guests. The buffet breakfast does not have a huge selection but the stunning setting made up for it. There was always enough fresh fruit and cooked food and everything was freshly prepared. Everything was spotlessly clean.

We booked the hotel as we planned to relax from the main tourist side. The resort is beautiful and the staff is more than welcoming and try to fulfill all upcoming requests. Overall a great experience, as we had the possiblity to see otherside close by.

Our stay at Baan Koh Kwang was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were hugged in warmth and hospitality by the resort owners. Their sumptuous al fresco dinners, shared with other guests, made us feel like part of a close-knit family. Initially planning a brief two-night stay, we were so captivated by the resort's charm and the owners' genuine care that we extended our stay to eleven days. Every thai meal prepared by Mommy Poy and her staff, from breakfast to dinner, was a delightful experience, made even more special by the owners' thoughtful and attentive service. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, arranging transportation and offering valuable recommendations for exploring the area. Nestled amidst a lush jungle, Baan Koh Kwang was an oasis of tranquility. The soothing sounds of nature provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. It was exactly the authentic Thai experience we had hoped for. Leaving Baan Koh Kwang was bittersweet, but we were touched by the owners' generosity in offering to take us to the airport. It felt like saying goodbye to dear friends. We are already planning our return and can't wait to experience this incredible place again. Baan Koh Kwang truly became our home away from home. Super friendly and helpful hostess! Great selection of board games is really handy if it rains for an hour or two. The bed was comfortable and clean, and they offered to clean our room or change our sheets/towels halfway through our stay. Comfortable chairs in downstairs chilling area, not pictured on the listing is a terrace on the rooftop 2 other levels! So plenty plenty of space to chill. The location was great near food markets, bars and an amazing view of the river right there. If you want to hire a scooter you can do it from right there. Could buy water, coffees, cold drinks right there too.

The facilities were brand new, and beautifully architected.

Pods were great Aircon fab staff lovely and onsite restaurant great food well priced. We even booked an extra night.

the place was clean and comfortable. we loved being in the pool and playing cards undercover. Beds were comfortable and bedroom was well thought out with a vanity, a shelf and storage at the bedhead. best of all the staff were amazing. whenever we needed help with tours or the villa, the staff were efficient, responsive and super friendly.

It was perfect.. Spacious and clean, with a kitchen the owners lovely people It is only 1 km from the beach a city centre. You can hire a bike anywhere close to the hotel.

The property was centrally located. There is a bakery cafe down below the accommodation. The beds are comfortable. Added bonus was the filtered coffee and three different types of cookies from the bakery that was provided to all guests. The room is large for 3 adults to spread out things out. Separate sink outside of the washroom was well thought through.

Location was within walking distance to food places and mini-marts. Staff was very friendly and restaurant food was good. 2 bathrooms were great for family of 4.

Clean, comfortable rooms with lots of space.

Although the staff English is not good, however they know how to get around it and understand what you need and support you, they were very helpful. the facility is nice and looks similar to the pictures. The capacity of the facility is low, which for me was good as I was trying to avoid crowded places.
