This is absolutely my favourite place to stay in Phuket. I come to Phuket just to stay at Surintra Resort. Ive stayed here now 4 times in the space of 6 months, and recently shortened a stay in Karon Beach to return to Surin Beach and this hotel Its just beautifully clean and comfortable, the rooms spell gorgeous when you walk in, and they are beautifully renovated. Its quiet, the staff are lovely, its in the perfect spot. I couldnt stay anywhere else.

An exceptional hotel with equally exceptional people. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Shortly before our trip, my wife had an accident, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate us, including informing a nearby clinic. Their care and thoughtfulness made an already difficult time so much easier to bear. We are deeply grateful. Despite the circumstances, we had a wonderfully relaxing stay and are already looking forward to returning. The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, and the gym and guest activities like yoga sessions are a great bonus. We also tried the restaurant and the bar, which both deliver, and the spa is excellent with pricing that compares very favorably to outside options. Highly recommended without reservation.

Good view, next to the beach, super friendly and helpful staff

Awesome hotel, I've stayed there for years whenever I've gone to Surin. They have the friendliest accommodating staff. It's a perfect place to stay in the most beautiful area in Phuket.

Absolutely amazing place to stay in Phuket. The beach is fantastic , the family cottage is the best option when staying with the kids. The staff is very friendly and is always eager to help. The food in the restaurants and the breakfast - beyond expectations.

The room is very beautiful and exactly as advertised. I only had one day to stay, but if I have the opportunity, I would definitely come back again. I really like this place and hope my stay has been a positive experience for you as well.

It was like a little apartment. The top floor rooms are pretty awesome with two doors, two balconies, 3 windows, a fridge and kitchenette, a shower, and a large bed. It is in a convenient location steps away from a few restaurants and shops and 5 minutes or so walk to the beach. Spotlessly clean. Mostly quiet. The lady who runs it is a sweetheart and will help you with anything you need and always with a big smile on her face. Highly recommended place.

Communicating with the property owners was easy. They were vrey were flexible and took fast action when there was a minor issue. The property itself is beautiful and immaculately clean! Feels safe with 24/7 reception staff and security at entrance.

Our stay at Twinpalms MontAzure in Kamala Beach, Phuket, booked through JSD Prime Property, was absolutely perfect! 🌴✨ We stayed in a beautiful 2-bedroom villa with a private pool, and everything was spotless, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxury hotel experience combined with the warmth of a home. Every extra request we had was handled quickly and with great care. What made this trip even more special was the wonderful surprise prepared for my friend’s birthday 🎂 The thoughtful decoration, roses, and warm welcome in our room were simply amazing and unforgettable. Check in was efficient. Really enjoyed choosing pillows and the fresh flower scent for our room. We had a room with a walk out directly to the swimming pool river and loved it. Buffet breakfast, and coffee selection, is excellent with much variety. The gym is well equipped, clean, and includes a sauna. There is a lovely quiet library available with many shelves of books and tables to use. The Beach Club, a 10 minute shuttle ride from the hotel, is on a lovely long stretch of beach perfect for a walk, or a meal from one of the many restaurants on the beach front. Highly recommend.

An Amazing Honeymoon Getaway with Beautiful Views & Exceptional Service We recently stayed here to celebrate our honeymoon, and it turned out to be such a memorable experience. The hotel truly went above and beyond with the honeymoon setup — it was beautifully arranged and made our stay feel extra special. Waking up to stunning views of both the ocean and the mountains right from our room was absolutely incredible. The resort is surrounded by beautiful scenery and has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. We also loved spending time at the spacious swimming pool, which was perfect for unwinding after a day out. A huge shoutout to all the staff members for their warm hospitality, especially the front desk and restaurant teams. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home during our stay. Getting to the beach was very convenient thanks to the hotel’s shuttle bus service, which runs almost every hour. We especially appreciated this service. On some days, we also enjoyed walking through the tunnel in front of the InterContinental Hotel just for a different vibe. The beach is only around an 800-meter walk away, and the stroll was actually very pleasant. One rainy afternoon, I decided to grab a coffee and work online at the Lobby Lounge. It felt incredibly cozy enjoying a hot coffee and cake while listening to the rain outside. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced, although having a bit more variety from day to day would make the experience even better. Overall, we would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their wonderful hospitality and for making our anniversary trip so memorable. We will definitely be returning in the future. Tip: The hotel is located very close to Cafe del Mar, making it a great choice if you plan to visit or enjoy a night out nearby. Boat Avenue is also only about a 10-minute drive away, and it was very easy to get around.
