BENJAMIN IS THE MAN!!! He decorated the hotel and was so, so helpful and enthusiastic. He is the embodiment of what I’d expect hospitality services to be. He made our good trip GREAT.

Clean room friendly staff and great amenities!

This was my second time stay with hyatt, I really loved the location, cleanness, and friendly staff. Its just 3-4 min from my client location. Rooms are really big. Will visit again for sure.

Everything!!!!! From check in to check out this hotel is one of the best!!? Check in was quick and efficient. Our room was clean and spacious. Having a kitchen was a plus, even though we did little cooking. The larger refrigerator allowed us to store carry outs from meals in nearby restaurants. The breakfast was quite good offering a variety of hot and cold items. Although unable to participate there is a happy hour during the week where you can enjoy a 2 drink per person cocktail. They even provided a dinner to go along with the drink!!!! You can’t go wrong with the Staybridge in Carmel! I would highly recommend this place to one and all!!!

The front desk person, Nadia, was outstanding. Very accommodating and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised at the full kitchen, and the room was spotless.

We came in town for the Taylor Swift concert and loved the decorations at the entrance of hotel as well as the complimentary bags! Such a fun idea and my 15yr old loved it! Staff was extremely professional and very friendly which was huge to me. We travel a lot with my child’s sports team and I have to say this was one of the best hotels I’ve been to in years. Rooms were nice, up to date and clean. Keep up the amazing work!

Hotel was clean and beautiful!

I like that they accommodated my kids who are 18 and 19. They said the beds are super comfy and the breakfast was awesome!

Breakfast had a nice selection and was good except the biscuits both mornings were hard. The lady working in breakfast area was very friendly. Hotel was clean. Loved our room, comfy bed and beautiful shower. Front desk clerk was the sweetest and we could tell she loved her job, so friendly and helpful.

Great hotel with nice rooms and amenities.

It not only looked clean but smelled clean , I'm more impressed because it's a dog friendly hotel but would never know it because it didn't smell like pets.

The staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The room was very nice and clean. 10/10 would stay again.
