The front desk associates was great. The establishment is downtown center which I love. Rooms are spacious.

Exceptional hotel! Rooms were gorgeous and clean. Lobby had a great vibe and was a great hang out spot.

This hotel was a lifesaver to me. My brother and I had to stay several days, and not knowing the area was really happy it was right across the street from the hospital. They also provided shuttle service to and from his Dr office and surgery center. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the lobby and sitting area was very clean and spacious. The room had a sitting area, which is very good to relax instead of sitting on a bed. Breakfast was very good and always fresh. There is a Bob Evans right beside it, so it was convenient to grab supper. I would definitely recommend this place if you need to stay a while.

The staff was above and beyond, the hot tub and pool were huge, the breakfast was delicious and a lot of options, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The location was just perfect for our quick trip into Columbus for a concert.All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Amazing staff , rooms were extremely clean , breakfast was fantastic. The staff really cares and it shows. Beautiful hotel , will always stay here when visiting columbus Ohio , and will look for Home 2 suites when travelling else where. 10/10

Great location, walking distance to everything we love!

We were surprised by the hotel's looks and suites everthing was more than our expectations.

The area was safe. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean.

The rooms are neat clean and well-equipped. Even though breakfast was not included (I choose not to include it), they gave complimentary coffee, which was great. In the parking lot, there's a well-known diner. At walking distance to fast food restaurants and malls, location is excellent. I also liked that the lobby had many activities to do: pool table, drinking games, board games, a nice bar, and a balcony.

Beautiful, and very aesthetic all around. Close to everything plus 2 free COSI tickets when you book!

The hotel was part of Ohio history. Cleanliness of the facility. Loved that there were no carpets in the room we stayed in. Great location for our venue. Nice restaurant.
