My whole experience from check in to check out! The staff was / is very accommodating

Everthing was superb. You could tell we were dealing with a professional family run hoteliers.Every member of staff was attentive of our needs as a guests.The best for value that we stayed at on our travels in USA!

Brand New Hotel, Extremely Professional & Friendly Staff, Rooms are Spacious, Free Parking on Site, In-House Gym, Close Proximity to the US Side Water Falls (approx 10mins Walk) Overall Loved the Comfortable Stay at a very reasonable cost compared to other competitors in surroundings.

Personnel was very welcoming. We asked for a plumbing service and it was provided promptly. Hotel was very centric, well mantained and the room very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Excellent location, close to the Niagara Park, quite and peaceful. Note, no breakfast served, but it is not a problem as there are plenty of places around

Location is perfect no need to take tour guide walk your way and every thing will run smoooth

Staff was really nice, one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in.

Great customer service and they took good care of our luggage while went to see the Falls because the check- in was at 4:00pm and we arrived earlier.

This property is clean and the staff are all nice and welcoming.

The owners were so nice and inviting for our stay, they gave their personal touch to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was delicious and couldn't have asked for a better spot if you don't want to be around crowds. There is a walking path nearby which takes you most of the way downtown.

The rooms were big and clean.

Everything was great and good put together met any expectation, would consider Wyndham again.

View and location were awesome

It was a great location, clean, the staff was friendly, and it was a nice hotel, especially for the price. I'm not sure why they've gotten so many negative reviews. Maybe not negative, but lower ratings. When I read through before I came I noticed that it was all good about the staff, but just complaints about old carpet. But they are in the process of updating, and it's not bad to begin with. Again, especially for the rate. It's very affordable. They have a IHOP right in the building, and so if you get hungry at night you can go eat there. I think they open at 7:00 a.m. and they're open until pretty late. They have live music playing.

I loved my view of the falls from the room, it was breathtaking! The size of the room was larger than expected, I thought the beds would be extremely close to one another based on the pictures online but in real life it was quite roomy. Great location close to everything, walking distance to the casino in such a way that you don't have to even go outside. 10/10 would recommend.
