Location was great for my purposes. I was impressed with the cleanliness and that is where they exceeded my expectations. I needed something that was going to be affordable, and I was afraid of being disappointed. But the room was nicely, renovated in a modern and comfortable fashion. I was impressed with the kitchenette! I would love to return to this hotel, even for private use.

The hotel is accessible through an industrial area, but the immediate surroundings are nice and have a suburban character. It has a huge, free parking lot. The breakfast is very generous and delicious, and it was the only place during our stay in Florida, where allergens were clearly indicated next to every single dish. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We didn't have time to try the pool, but it looked nice.

The room was nice, clean, and looked just like the photos. It had all the basic necessities like wifi, kitchen utilities, shampoo. The owners also let us come in earlier then the check in time. I would def recommend this place. The only thing to keep in mind is that you will need to Uber a lot to get around the city.
