This hotel more than met my expectations. While it was a bit of a distance from the bus station (I was travelling to San Miguel) it was well worth the taxi expense to get there. Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and a great room with a wonderful view of Guadalajara.

I really liked the bathroom. the mirror lit up from the sides. The shower was amazing! the shower head was straight on top of you and you could also sit because it had a bench. I liked the table that was put to eat. The breakfast service was actually really fast compared to the other reviews I saw. We ordered breakfast and in less than 15 minutes they brought it up to the room. The lady who brought the food up was very sweet. The TV was also very big. There was also an area were you could hang clothes if you needed to.

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable room and it was inside the airport. Perfect place to be since my son had an early morning flight. No need for taxis to the airport before dawn. Free breakfast starts at 6am.

Property and staff were fantastic. The amenities are very good. Nicer than many household name American hotel brands in the US. Sebastián and the young lady with the short hair at the front desk were awesome.

Hotel was clean The location was perfect to walk to the Fundidora and spend the afternoon there with friends and family then come back to the hotel walking and rest. Love it Breakfast was perfecttttt!!! The Coffe was good! And they have so many amenities for kids to play and be busy. The view was amazing!
