Everything was great. Great view and relaxing atmosphere. The family are so friendly and very nice. The room is comfortable and fully equipped. I really really enjoyed my stay here and welling to come back again. The breakfast it self was 10/10 for us, very delicious.

A fantastic stay! The hotel is brand new, with spotless, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome. Great breakfast, peaceful location, great Wi-Fi and convenient parking. Highly recommend—we'll definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at this aparthotel. It was excellent value for the money, with a modern and beautifully designed interior that felt clean and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the balcony view—you could see the city from above, and it was especially beautiful during the evening. It made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was extremely convenient with private parking which was excellent. It is easy to find and communication was excellent with Joni. The guest house was very comfortable. We could walk to downtown which we did several times and even a wonderful cafe near by. Joni and his mother are very kind…. The first morning she fixed us breakfast which was a delight and the second morning she packed us something to go as we had to leave by 6am. It was all fantastic!!

Excellent property. Everything is new and modern. The rooms are huge and as the name suggests, there is beautiful artwork lining the walls. Breakfast is at the cafe across the street and it’s fantastic!! There is a vegetarian option. It was a little confusing to find the entrance… it’s behind the building in the courtyard. Parking is under the building with the entrance just at the side, very easy. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a short walk downtown. There is a grocery store downstairs. I would stay again and recommend it.

Super friendly and helpful hosts. Gave tips on restaurants and what do do in the city. Location is super central. Room is very clean and great shower. Hosts when out of their way to let me keep the car park while going to Valbona and Theth as well as keeping my luggage stored.
