Everything was excellent, a big 10, nice room with good shower, airco and bed. Everything really clean. really nice employees, nice swimming pool, and a good restaurant with good breakfast and diner with live music which we really liked. What I really like, and a BIG example for everyone, that there is almost NO plastic. They sell you a reusable water bottle and you can use free drinking water all day! And no plastic straws.

Amazing ! Best accommodations and service I ever experienced. Staff at the front desk is very kind, Victoria and Yasmin made everything work out perfectly so we can feel comfortable and have a great time. The beach is amazing! Great cristal clear water and the pool guys (Daniel, Jonas and I missing the other guy’s name) they are very friendly and nice people, we had amazing conversations with them and they were always attentive with a keen eye to anticipate and supply our needs.

Special thanks once again to the great and awesome staff at the reception as well as in the back office. They supported us in their best way they could after one of our group fellows suffered from medical issues and had to ne transferred to hospital by ambulance. We will always be grateful. Moreover nice and clean rooms, with comfortable beding. Strong and reliable WiFi. Breakfast was awesome, special thanks to the guy who prepared the Tapioca and eggs at the live cooking station.
