The apartment was clean and comfortable. Location was really good and close to shopping malls, restaurants and tourist spots. Very good breakfast with lots of choices and friendly restaurant staff. Staff at the reception and the porters were friendly and very helpful.

Spacious apartment, with a large living space and separate bedroom with very comfy king bed - perfect also for a couple, but even alone, you can fully relax here after a long day of exploring. Staff was always helpful, breakfast had (mostly) all varieties of food ready and was the location is perfect to reach the Jiefangbei Street within 20mins of walking. Would totally recommend!

A 5-minute walk from the People's Liberation Monument and Linjiangmen metro station, Glenview ITC Plaza Chongqing houses an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center and 2 dining options.

The hotel manager treated us so kindly and even toke us around the area, exploring various landmarks and things we must see. Rooms were super clean, well renovated. The dynamic was super friendly and I 100000% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Chongqing, and want a hotel that's located in a nice neighbourhood with the most friendly staff.

Friendly staff and the best view we could get in Chengdu. If you can afford the room with stand free bath go for it, you won’t be regret, the views are breathtaking! We stayed in the standard room in the first day, which was good, but the other room is amazing! The guy working at the reception was so friendly and helped us to navigate to the tourist points.

The staff is very good and helpful, the common room is large, stylish and comfortable with different sitting options. I had a great hotpot diner organized by the staff. Rooms were comfy and quiet, separate showers and bathroom very clean. The hotel is located downhill of a very nice and interesting part of the city, just before the district with old houses and lots of shops/cafes. Really professional and quick service, breakfast was also good. The hotel is situated right next to one of the main shopping areas, and close to the subway. When we got our room, it smelled like cigarettes, even though we booked a non-smoking room. When we brought this up with the front desk, they immediately allowed us to view other rooms to judge whether others were better in our view. We switched then rooms. They also offered help with switching, but we didn't have a lot of luggage, so we refused. A cute little robot brought us our second room card, which was also really fun to see.
