We loved the kids program.
Everyone we met was very polite. From the receptionist lady, the lady making balloons and braids for girls and other kids entertainment was awesome, people in the restaurant.
Our room was clean when we arrived. It's great that there is a possibility to cook something
Pool area was great. Water was very comfortable temperature. The inside slide was our favorite.
Food in the la carte restaurant was tasty. Cocktails too.
We basically had a great time we will definitely come back. I think hotel was renovated since the last time we visited. It smelled fresh and nice. Highly recommend. This is our favorite place in the area.

Wonderful and well equipped appartements, very helpful and friendly staff, good starting poit for hikes and tours, absolutely quiet, really good meals and wine are served in the restaurant, good and rich breakfast buffet, we can recommend this house for families with kids, because it is located only 500 m from one of the greatest attractions of the Czech Republic - the Treetop Path. A fantastic place for hiking in the Karkonosze Mountains. We spent 7 wonderful days.

Beautiful villa and very good host, greets with a smile and ready to help. Great for family with kids- home has lot of toys and a pool with kid tubes and accessories. Perfect getaway for a family in a peaceful area and great home.

Great location and facilities for families and small kids. Soundproofed appartments with basic kitchen equipment for comfortable stay. Beautiful views of the nature, kids playground and kids club were the highlights. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choices, incl. local cakes and pastries. The staff is always smiling and ready to help. We will definitely recommend the resort to our friends.

Very beautiful house. A lot of space. We had everything we needed. The house with all the equipment, dishwasher, cups, coffee machine and laundry machine, it felt like home. Two big shower rooms, three bedrooms, a comfortable living room and dining room. Michaela is very nice and helped us when we needed.. She welcomed us with tasty homemade cake. In the garden there is a pool and trampoline for the children. The location is very convenient for traveling in the area. We highly recommend this place for families.

Zatisi is absolutely amazing place for family and if you are looking for a quiet place. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner, food is very delicious, good choice for children. The view is breathtaking, very comfortable beds in room and service *****
The receptionist was very kind and they make extra steps to make every guest feeling happy. Thank you for making us very welcome!
There amazing playground in front of mountains, and with a 2mins walking distance to the river, our child enjoyed the nature and playground on the grass.

This is a nice butique hitel with very friendly and attentive staff, excellent good food and wine and comfortable beds. It is only few minutes walk to Medvědín parking where you can take the bus or the chairlift. We wanted a quiet place for family vacations outside of the center of Špindlerův Mlýn to be used as starting place for our daily hikes and this worked out very well!

High quality facilities, fantastic large family suites, great restaurant and super service in the restaurant, very good wine selection including some premium ones. Perfect hotel for a luxury stay in Krknose. Very convenient underground car park, swift online checking prior to the arrival. Will definitely come back for some hiking with the kids for another stay.
