Clean, modern, GREAT facilities. An amazing relief after two years of horrible hotels (unclean, old, carpeted floors) in the US. Saw cleaning too and they seemed to have enough time to properly clean rooms and change glasses etc, wonderful. The restaurant has an amazing selection of vegan breakfast items.

A very peaceful and beautiful place to stay! 🥰 We stayed right next to the horse stables, which made the experience even more special. The owners were incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel very welcome. It’s also only about a 10-minute drive to Ukko-Koli, making it a perfect location for exploring the area. The location is not far from Koli National park and you can also book a horseback riding from them (if you wish, too- they have icelandic horses!). The property is ideal for anyone (solo traveler, couple, family, and friends) who would like to visit Koli. Also, the hosts are very friendly and very attentive.

Everything went well for me at Kolin Runo. The host is so nice and welcoming. Speaks English well. Everything was new and clean. It's a wooden house decorated with 19s style. The common area is well equippes. There was a parking at the place. The area is great and there's short walk to some of the important landscapes
