Everything is super well designed. It was like a dream house I would want to build. Amenities were really impressive. It feels and looks premium. Host is really kind and quick to answer. You can tell he invested a lot in this project and wellbeing of the guests. We stayed there 1 day and we liked to a lot so we extended for 2 more days.

Livadia is a really nice town worth visiting, and a stay at Theoxenia makes the stay even more memorable. The Hotel is located in the old town, high above the river and the new town and has its own parking. Expect a modern and well-equipped hotel with great views away from the noise of the new town (you will hear the rushing water of the river below). And staff that is incredibly helpful and very friendly.

This was an incredible apartment. Everything was very clean, and the place was beautifully arranged. The owner was very kind and gave us tips on where to go. It was not too cold and not too hot. We were provided with clean towels and coffee. The area and the garden were beautiful as well! If we ever come back to Chalkida, we’ll definitely stay at this place again.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway to Halkida. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The apartment is a very quick walk to the water and had great bakeries and cafes nearby. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.
