From the food service to guard they have been the most humble and always with the best smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious and neat. Love and the best experience. Beautiful location with very helpful staff and great food. On arrival we were disappointed that all safaris had been cancelled but the hotel provide other activities including an excellent early morning bird viewing boat trip. We would love to have stayed longer and would strongly recommend the hotel. We would particularly like to thank the naturalists Vishal and Laksmann along with chef Ganguly who was able to ensure my wife’s meals were gluten free and Rupali who was our waitress for several meals.

I had a wonderful stay at RiverBank Gardens, Mananthavady, Wayanad. Even though I reached the property at around 1:00 AM, the owner was awake and waiting to welcome me, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The location is easily accessible, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The kitchen utensils and cutlery provided were neat and hygienic, making the stay even more comfortable. I would rate the hygiene standards a perfect 5/5. What truly made this stay special was the warmth and hospitality of the owners and their family. They took the time to explain the routes, recommend nearby restaurants, and personally came to see me off when I left. Their kindness and care made me feel less like a guest and more like I was visiting the home of friends or relatives. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay. I would highly recommend RiverBank Gardens to anyone visiting Manathavady and looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.
