This place was absolutely amazing. Peaceful, romantic, and honestly one of the highlights of our trip. We stayed here for our anniversary, and the hosts made it feel truly special. They prepared the room with heart-shaped balloons, and in the evening we received kombucha with glasses and snacks — such a thoughtful and beautiful surprise. What I did not know when booking was that at the end of the property there is also a shared garden/courtyard area with a beautiful view over the Venice sea canal. You can sit there for breakfast or simply relax while watching the water and the boats passing by. Such a charming and authentic detail! And probably the best part: this island itself feels like a hidden escape from the tourist crowds and noise of Venice. Coming back here after the busy city felt peaceful, intimate, and almost unreal.

Good size room. Clean, convenient to city center and transportation. Had information flyers on the different tourist sites in the area. Everything was in good working order.

Our room was upgraded during our stay. Everything was perfect during our time there. Breakfast was also nice. It had different cakes and breads along with eggs and bacon. Spa was nice too even if you are with some guests during your reservation time.

No breakfast but the breakfast at the bar in the building was excellent, typically Italian ,caffe and the best croissants. Alice at the hotel are perfect and the owner of the hotel has be very proud of her. The location will not be everyone's taste but I like the old city centro. I enjoy history.

Such a nice, comfortable hotel. We only stayed one night after a long trip in Italy, and I wish we would have spent more time in Murano at the NH. Maria at the spa made our stay even more special and was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.
