United StatesShana Kay was extremely responsive. Roy is a gem and an asset. The apartment is exactly as the photos with minimal wear. Furniture comfy with no wear. Bed is on the firmer side, which I happen to prefer anyway. Both ACs work great. Fans work great. TVs work great. All the basic amenities of home provided. The balcony is everything. Harmony beach, fast food, and the craft market are all within walking distance. Walking is only for the adventurous as some portions of the sidewalk at dangerous road bends dont exist, but totally doable if you dont have transportation. Again, when available, Roy can take you to any of these places.

The weekend was for a family get away to celebrate my daughter’s 11th bday. The place was clean, there were kitchen utensils and pots made available for to us cook it we wanted to. The pool was clean, and cleaned on the Saturday before the kids entered the pool. The grounds and miss kimmy were exceptional. Dwayne definitely needs a little more training. I would definitely recommend this place to someone.

The staff was great and very welcoming. They where able to upgrade my room because it was my Birthday , to a swim out king suite . The food was the best I've had at resorts. Drinks were amazing, and service was great . This place is massive in size due to it having 2 sides an adult side and family side. The pool bar on the family side seem more active and fun.

We were truly satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend. The directions provided were clear and easy to find. The comfort of the room was like home away from home. The pool was magical! The environment was so serene. Lily and Dudley are truly the epitome of HOST/HOSTESS. We instantly became family friends.
The authentic breakfast served in the morning at a reasonable costs was the perfect start to any day.
Thank you both for a short but fulfilling stay. Blessings, The Dixon's.

Beautiful beach. Incredible staff!!! The staff really make this hotel amazing. Cool boutique vibe. Great music each night. Fun vibe. Cool people staying there. Has an Ibiza vibe. The waiting staff are so cool and fun. Beach guy who does beach beds hilarious. The staff really make the stay so fun.

Very nice place ideal for small groups or families. Had a variety of activities including swimming pool or just sit in the lounge watching telly. If you are into a game of pool practice first as they are very competitive there but ok. The shower in the jacuzzi was warm and lovely. And the place clean. Overhall we enjoyed.

We loved our stay and all the workers, felt like family and the facility was perfect. It was my husband’s bday and we were celebrating our honeymoon. One day upon returning to our room we were surprised with a bottle of champagne, dessert, and cards.

The resort is beautiful and our room was big and clean! the staff are great and the entertainment was fun, Cookie and her entertainment team were great fun. The food was fresh daily and lots to choose from, the servers are great very hospitable and professional. We went as a family of 8 and everyone agrees they would visit again, well done Iberostar team! :)
