I had such an amazing stay at Menacho's House! Dina and Lorenzo are excellent hosts that immediately make you feel welcome. They go way above and beyond to ensure that you have a comfortable stay at their house. Dina was especially helpful in arranging tours for me. They're such kind people. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Everything inside the room was very nice and new. Hot water for the showers. You have access to their kitchen as well if you want to cook some meals. They also have a really cute dog named Belen! I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else if you're staying in Caraz.

What a gem of a hotel in a quiet area of Huaraz, yet close enough to the city center to easily walk in 10 minutes. The entire staff was superb. Great customer service, always aiming to please. The hotel is modern, very clean, breakfast was great, the room spacious, shower hot with plentiful water pressure. We stayed here 7 days prior to our Huayhuash trek while acclimating to the altitude, then 1 day after. We would definitely choose Hotel Cordillera again!

Amazing service from start to end. The hotel is very nicely decorated and gives you a warm feeling once you step in. They were also kind enough to pack us breakfast before our tour very early in the morning, since we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the breakfast they offer. Would definitely recommend staying here, it’s also close to the main Plaza (10-15min walking) and restaurants.
