Immediately warm, genuine and welcoming receptionists, absolute master class hospitality. Kind and eager to ensure guests had anything and everything needed including a non sensationalist but sensible introduction to shelter proceedings amidst the current situation Ukrainians are unfairly enduring. I’m struggling to applaud the hotel and their staff enough as the three day stay for work was simply made better by the standards of comfort and attention we received staying at Queen Bee. Faultless and fantastic, our new default address when working in the fantastic city.

The hotel is very comfortable and modern. The staff were welcoming, room was very comfortable and had everything I needed! It's perfect if you need to travel by train before/after as its right next to the main entrance to the Kyiv Central Station. I highly recommend this hotel!
