This house was a wonderful place for our family. The breathtaking mountain views and fresh air brought us so much joy. We stayed in a three-room apartment on the top floor. The apartment was well-equipped, and everything worked perfectly. Although there was no washing machine, it wasn’t an issue because the host kindly offered to do our laundry. The hosts also gave us great recommendations for places we could visit with our dog, which was really helpful. There was one situation that truly showed their exceptional friendliness and willingness to help. We had some car trouble, and the hosts not only helped us arrange a visit to the local auto service but also kindly drove us to the office. My wife, kids, dog, and I all thoroughly enjoyed our time here. 10/10

Nicole is a wonderful host. Always available with recommendations. The rooms are very clean and Austrian style, witch we love very much. The breakfast is very good with local produce or home made food. The boiled eggs are from the family's chickens and the marmalade is home made by Nicole. In Mittersil (10 minute max by car) you can find a lot of good restaurants for dinner, so not having the possibility of dinner also, it was not a problem for us. The location is also very good. On a hill, 10 minutes to the nearest gondola of the Kitzski domain (Panoramabahn). Also not far from Kaprun, Zell am See and Wildkogel Arena. Strongly recommend if you want to try different ski resorts, especially with the SuperCard skipass. We will return for sure.
