The kitchen was recently fitted with good appliances, the sitting room was tidy with a good television and a generously prepared wood burner although it was too warm for us to need it. The main bedroom was comfortable with a dressing table and wardrobe. The second bedroom would work well for two children so the cottage would be ideal for a couple or young family. The setting is very quiet with parking directly outside the cottage. It was nice to sit in sunshine on the bench at the front of the cottage for morning coffee.

Carol was there to greet us and was so welcoming and kindly offered help with our luggage. Carol was so attentive throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The view from our room was of the hills. Breakfast was 10 out of 10. We would definitely recommend staying here and would not hesitate to book again should we be in the area. (We stayed here to attend a wedding locally) Thank you Carol for being such a wonderful host x
