Staff was wonderful (especially young Sabrina) making it easy to overcome the fact we don’t speak Italian. The multi course dinner was delicious and the continental breakfast was a work of art. Wonderful view of snow covered mountains. We would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed here for more than a week and everything was excellent. Splendid views of the mountains in Gran Sasso Park and the surrounding countryside. There is ample safe parking with an electronically controlled gate – a remote control was provided to us, so we could open the gate at any time. The room was spacious and very clean, with a modern bathroom with shower. There was a desk and enough electrical outlets to allow us to keep our electronics powered and charged. Our hostess Daniela was very helpful and took a real interest in our activities – suggesting interesting places to hike and visit, and providing maps and brochures. The breakfast offerings were excellent and included home-baked items; we always had a hearty breakfast to prepare us for hiking. This is an excellent spot to use as a base for exploring Maiella National Park. The nearby town of Manoppello has good restaurants (we returned again and again to La Passione), a supermercato where they will make your lunchtime panino, and a gelateria.

Agriturismo Colle Tripio enjoys a location in Guardiagrele, 28 miles from Lake Bomba and 30 miles from Pescara Port. The air-conditioned accommodations are 15 miles from San Giovanni in Venere Abbey.

The breakfast was yummy with home baked goods, fresh fruit and more. We also ate dinner there and everything we ordered was delicious! The owners were lovely people and had two adorable children! It was a great location for a wedding we were attending in the area.

The facility was amazing and Renato was tentative to all our requests. He went above and beyond that we felt at home and like family. The restaurant and food was incredible! Let's not forget the views:)!! I can't say enough, we will definitely return.
