The views, cleanliness and how spacious it was. The atmosphere was great, the food was really good, and there was great entertainment for kids! The rooms were large enough, with excellent shower, beds and pillows. Restaurant hours were very convenient, the restaurant, valet and room service were great.

Great place to stay. Amazing staff! I highly recommend it.

Room was big with view to the garden

Breakfast is actually memorable. The heated indoors swimming pool is a dream in winter, with its underwater passage to the outdoors side, where one can better enjoy the water warmth.

The hotel reception staff was very professional and considerate. Super.

Great location, decent gym, comfortable bed and shower. The restaurant (pay-per-use, not the included breakfast) serves great dinner options. I recommend the filet mignon.

A experiência foi maravilhosa em todos os sentidos. Desde a recepção pelo Patrick, com direito a um espumante e una doces bem bonitos no quarto. O café da manhã é um show a parte, bem elegante e com pratos bem finos (um croissant de nível francês), além do atendimento paciente e atencioso do Lourival e da Andressa. Por fim, ressalto o conforto da suíte em todos os sentidos, desde a roupa de cama ao banheiro com excelentes amenidades e por ser bem quentinho. Agradecemos ao gerente Gilberto e toda a equipe por nos proporcionar essa experiência.

Staff is extremely efficient and friendly. We were greeted with homemade candies and champagne. At the room there was an welcoming letter and a card with next day’s forecast. The concierge/valet took care of parking our car and assisted us with luggage to the room. Room had a balcony, king size bed and an awesome shower. Breakfast is excellent with a great variety of juices, fruits, breads, meats, cakes, etc. There is also a choice of gourmet items, made to order.

Everything! Staff was amazing, the room was very nice decorated with romantic vibes, the breakfast was delicious and the art around the hotel was beautiful
