One of the best hotel experiences we had, we came last year to eat and decided to stay here for a week this year and it was one of the most serene experiences we could have hoped for- the name does it justice! :)

The 4-star, adults-only Pure Salt Garonda lies on the seafront at Playa de Palma, 4 mi from Son Sant Joan Airport. It has an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi.

Before I start my review, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations and thanks to the two ladies from Guest Experience, Lara and Rosana! Two extremely competent, professional people, always ready to help you with everything possible! Lara speaks at least 4 foreign languages, and in tandem with Rosana they form a 10-star team, which offers impeccable service. We benefited from their help, elegance and kindness and we can only declare ourselves delighted with the interaction with them! The experience with the entire staff was a 5-star one, in accordance with the hotel's classification. Although we arrived quite late, we had a frugal dinner, which is a big plus after a plane trip. The room, with a queen-size bed and balcony, offered a superb view of the sea and the region, being located on the 10th floor. The cleanliness, exemplary, daily. The breakfast and dinner, absolutely wonderful. You will find absolutely everything for all tastes. Everything is abundant and of high quality. Nothing is cut short in order to offer guests the most pleasant experience. The SPA area also lives up to expectations. There are swimming pools with warm and clean water, dry and wet saunas, changing rooms, toilets, everything you could wish for. Also, for fitness enthusiasts, a gym. You have a bathrobe (which you find in the room) and slippers for the SPA. In conclusion, I warmly and confidently recommend this location to all those who appreciate high-quality services and a staff dedicated to excellence and professionalism!
