Breakfast and dinner were quite satisfactory. Staff is very polite and helpful. Room was very comfortable. However, Bath tub needs to be removed and is pretty high to step in. After shower with wet feet you have be extremely cautious . For senior citizens it can be positively dangerous. Shower fittings are quite old and not worthy of the five star hotel.

Staff at the Latitude restaurant was superb, Shital, Shyamal, the guy with glasses and moustache! And the restaurant manager Vikram and Sous Chef Subhadeep. And the others as well, the person that did the pizza. The buffet food was excellent, good attention to detail. The grounds around the hotel provided a good walk after dinner.

The room was spacious and had all the necessary features to make for a comfortable stay. However, the most outstanding feature was the friendly, helpful and cheerful staff. chef Sainath and his team were particularly superb - the food was excellent and he went out of his way to make each meal memorable

Breakfast spread was excellent. Dinner buffet was superb too. All items were changed to suit different palates. Staff was superb and courteous and very helpful. Rooms were well ventilated and quite large. Biggest surprise was the swimming pool. Length was 25 meters but width was also very long. Lovely to swim. All staff was superb . Special mention must be made of Sainath, the Chef, Ambadas, Vikram and Sheetal in restaurant where we spent maximum time for two tasty meals. All in all a wonderful experience.

Spacious, well-lit room. Functional, attractive bathroom with high pressure rainfall-style shower. All round 5-star like luxurious ambience. Plentiful options in meal buffets (I would have liked some soft chapatis though). Friendly staff. Convenient location, close to the airport. I enjoyed my 2 night stay.
