The stay was absolutely amazing and incredibly comfortable. Every member of the staff was so warm, sweet, and genuinely helpful throughout our time there. A special thanks to Chandan bhaiya for making our stay feel so homely and effortless. His hospitality truly stood out and made the experience even more memorable. I was there to celebrate my birthday, and they made it feel extra special. The in-house cake was honestly so yum and such a lovely surprise. An honourable mention to the food as well. Absolutely delicious. We tried The Kumaon Thali and The North Indian Thali, and both were flavourful, comforting, and beautifully prepared. The breakfast was amazing too, fresh, hearty, and perfect to start the day with. And their pakode with dhaniya-pudina chutney? Absolutely top notch. Still thinking about them. The property has such a peaceful and welcoming vibe that it instantly feels like a home away from home. Everything from the hospitality to the food to the overall experience was just perfect. And lastly, our favourite host was Gabbar. Completely stole our hearts. My heart is still there with him already. Definitely coming back soon. 🤍

The location is perfect. The area is huge so we went for a hike as well in the property itself. Best part was that we were surrounded by greens everywhere. Plus it's actually cute stay. Staff is polite, food is good. Overall perfect for relaxation and family time. Also they have parking so safe for cars as well. Thanks to Himalayas for being there all the time. Amazing view.

We were given a lake view room. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and courteous. We traveled with our kids. 2 boys age 8 and 6. The hotel staff was very welcoming. They took the kids into the kitchen. The chef made our boys prepare Roti and Pizza. The kids were so excited.

Excellent Stay at Moustache Bhimtal Luxuria, Nainital! Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely cooperative, especially Tarun and Vinod, who were exceptionally well-mannered and quick in service. The food was delicious, and the daily complimentary tea was a delightful surprise, which was not even mentioned as free! The bonfire added to the cozy ambiance, and the rooms were neat and clean. The view from the room was simply breathtaking. While the bathroom was slightly small, it was spotless, and hot water was available at all times. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated the heater and the smart TV with YouTube and Netflix. The location is perfect, especially for couples, and I had a fantastic time. I will definitely book this hotel again in the future. Parking is available, and a musician played in the morning during breakfast, which added a wonderful touch to the experience. The staff was also kind enough to take great pictures for us. Overall, I am fully satisfied with my stay and everything about this hotel. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
