Loved the location, the staff, the care pacakge, the welcome drink, the room amenities and the facilities.

Everything was 5 stars! The room,the sunrises, the colibris (hummingbirds), butterflies, dragonflies,and lots of colorful birds that sang all day,the flowers from the tulipan trees,and the zen garden ,the sunny restaurant area ( I've asked for some more rays and they made my wish come true) , the pool area and , especially the staff ! Happy I've met each and everyone! 😊 Couldn't recommend more ! Every time I'll be in Oaxaca,I'll stay here! P.S : if I could,I would have moved there !

Beautifully decorated. The hotel always smelled amazing between the incense and fresh pine leaves hanging as Christmas decorations. The roof deck and Cantanita next door were great to relax at. Amazing walkable location in the heart of Oaxaca.

The hotel was very beautiful, quiet, and had all the services we needed. It was not too far from the centro area and offered a quieter neighborhood. We felt safe knowing the hotel is gated with security. Hotel is very well kept and clean. Staff was extremely helpful when arranging transportation and assisting with luggage, room service, and spa reservations. We dined at the restaurant a few times which was convenient.

Quiet and serene yet close to restaurants shopping and museums. Great staff. Modern bathroom, plugs at bedside, coffee service, spacious room. Beautiful decor throughout hotel. Parking included.

The location was great, we stayed for 4 nights, the rooms were super comfortable and clean all the time! Breakfast was great with cake, jams, fruits, coffee and eggs, so good! And they also have a laundry service which is an extra points for me. And the staff was extraordinary, always welcoming with a smile and very helpful, it was a pleasure to say!

It’s a good retreat for couples on the go. The room is perfect for a couple to stay at to sleep and enjoy at night. If you want more amenities to stay at the hotel it’s not the one to rent. The staff is very helpful and very nice.

This hotel feels like a waking dream. The property is absolutely breathtaking, with its huge floor-to-ceiling windows, open bar and restaurant, infinity pool, gym, and lush vegetation. It’s a true modern gem nestled in the hills of Oaxaca. The attention to detail is remarkable—from the décor to the impeccable service provided by the waitstaff, reception team, concierge, housekeeping, and security. The room isn’t particularly large, but it’s perfectly equipped with every comfort, very clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The design is refined and thoughtfully curated. Finally, the location: while it’s slightly outside the center of Oaxaca (easily reachable by taxi for around €15), it’s truly special. Set at the highest point, it offers breathtaking views both day and night. Perfect for a peaceful weekend away from the city’s hustle and bustle.
