The staff is amazing. All services are top quality with the professional attitude and on time! The hotel is clean and comfortable, rooms are noise-free, room service is excellent. Beds are extremely comfortable. Fantastic restaurant on roof top. All my requests and needs were met immediately and my stay was easy and comfortable as I wanted it to be. I felt pampered and taken care for. My friends used the SPA and said that the massages were excellent. I would definitely choose this hotel for all my stays in Belgrade.

Attitude of hotel personnel is impeccable. Nothing it too much to ask for. Always smiling, very attentive to guests - the ladies from Lounge represent Serbian hospitality at it's best! Location of the hotel, the lounge view, top class facilities - these create a very unique experience. Special praise goes to Metropolitan restaurant, which converts into a true gourmet place in the evening. Amazing, when you really feel as a long waited and cherished guest, while actually being on a trip in a foreign country.

Had an amazing stay! The room was super spacious, definitely a bargain for the price. Loved the big bathroom and the sauna—such a nice touch! The balcony was perfect for sitting outside and just enjoying the fresh air. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, the service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious.
