The staff are very friendly and kind, the accommodation its near to the beach and also have excellent facilities. The hotel looks so beautiful and new, clean and beautiful. The staff help us in any question we have and our room always was clean on time. The local people its so friendly and the area in general its safe. My boyfriend and i love it. Thanks for everything

Amazing hotel, large and very nice rooms. Food was amazing, especially the Italian restaurant. Must have been the best Italian food we ever had outside of Italy. Staff was great, very friendly and personal. The beach is quite some steps down the cliff, but worth it very much (transfer available as well). The beach is great, sand, the colors and the waves are amazing! Very nice initiative of the hotel to clean the beach weekly with guests invited.

Beautiful place with the kindest staff. Gigi the manager made our stay very comfortable and smooth. You can go to her for any problems and she is always efficient in assisting. The room itself was huge (with pool access) and the pool was very relaxing. We did not want to leave the hotel! The (public) beach near the hotel isn't the cleanest but the hotel has shuttle to take you to nearby bigger beach which is good one. However, near the hotel you have access to good restaurants, spa, grocery, smoothie shop (that is really good) and room with pool access was the most comfortable experience for the price. As we went in off season prices were low so definitely a good deal. The housekeeping staff were also the sweetest! Their cleanliness and all amenities are top notch.

It’s so wonderful to have met such a beautiful soul in the heart of Phuket Island. Upon check-in, we already knew that we would be in excellent hands. Oy did a sensational job in arranging all of our accommodations including our hotel stay, hotel to airport transportation and especially our elephant experience. Her level of professionalism far exceeds typical customer care. She treated each and every one of us like her family. She literally made it her mission to guarantee us having the most amazing time in Thailand. I have traveled to many places, and I haven’t yet met a concierge staff that can match Oy’s standards. She really is the personification of customer service. Her level of care is second to none as she single-handedly made sure my family had the best Thai experience. Amazing location and privacy. It’s a nice place to relax and enjoy. The nearby beach of the JW Marriott. Nice activity within the Hotel. We are pleased with welcoming and surprise for our Anniversary. Our suite with the pool is stunning. Staffs were amazing and keen to help all the time.
