United Arab EmiratesI would like to specifically thank the gentleman who was the manager in charge at the reception on 19 March around 12:30-1pm, unfortunately I do not remember his name & called the hotel to ask about him to thank him in person, but still could not get a hold of him. I was not feeling well at all & had an upset stomach & he took care of me till I left for the airport around 3:30pm although I had already checked out.
Thank you once again for your kindness & you set a perfect example for how a manager should be!

A perfect 4-star hotel. I would like to highlight convenient location close to the central city area and outstanding breakfast. Our room had a spectacular city view. Free sauna and a swimming pool open until 11pm were a good bonus after a long day. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I was not satisfied with the room. It was not definitely a 5 star hotel quality. The sofas and carpets had stains all over, towels were very old and bed wasn’t done properly it only had bad sheet nothing to put over us.
Other than the hotel. Van is a beautiful city in east of Turkey to see with its nature and history
