United KingdomThe staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. The bar is just beautiful, makes you feel like you've traveled back in time to a golden era. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very much appreciated, my daughter felt like a princess here! The shuttle to the airport is excellent and 24 hrs.

The Brown is old and is probably in need of a refit in certain areas.
Staff make this hotel. Car Valets work their "tails" off and Chris and Rob are "Top Boys" in the restaurant.
But the Star of the show is the chef. Get a Steak cooked by this guy................its off the chart!

We loved the classy vibe of this place and the staff were so lovely to chat to. It is a welcoming place and they put comfort at the top of the list. The valet was also super handy. The bar is excellent and piano in the lobby superb.
