Breakfast was really good, with plenty of options to choose from. The pools were clean, relaxing, and had amazing views. The whole place feels like a little village, with the rooms spread across several small houses. The private beach was well kept and nicely arranged.

A brand new hotel, very nicely located in a calm area, but close to the city. Contemporary designed hotel with luxury feel and attention to details. The entry hall and the stairs are a true masterpiece. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well organized and fully equipped. Staff was very professional and helpful, yet friendly. We were allowed to check in earlier and were provided complimentary free breakfast. Liana, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She helped us to plan the visits around and gave us great suggestions. Furthermore, she invited us to the Easter party lunch organized by the hotel with traditional music and tasty food. Breakfast is buffet style, everything is freshly made and very well presented. Finally, food was very delicious. The garage is free , which is a bonus. I would definitely choose to stayhere again whenever I visit Crete.

Everything. The decor was stylish, modern, and thoughtfully curated—every space felt intentional. The staff was genuinely warm and attentive, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade that elevated the entire stay. The location was absolutely perfect—central to all of my exploring sites and nestled among amazing restaurants, cafés, bakeries, the metro, and walkable city life. Cloud 8 bar was a whole vibe, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional—fresh, abundant, and easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The experience was so good that I happily left tips because the service truly deserved it.

The hotel is ideally located in the center, close to good restaurants and shopping mostly high end brands. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good a big selection offered. Rooms are every clean.
