Great location, nice spacious room and friendly staffs.

Upon landing the hotel is accessible walking directly from the airport and directions are well indicated. The room was amazing, large, full of light, numerous amenities, stunning zen style decoration, slept so well. Restaurants around are so good and several of them, the pool looked stunning. Breakfast was so diverse. I could have easily stayed for several days and had a great stay!

The twin bed suite is excellent.

The Location is PERFECT! steps away from IFS, taikoo li and chunxi road. They also have bidet!

Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were truly impressed by the grand atmosphere and exceptional service at this hotel. The welcome experience was seamless and warm, and we immediately felt well taken care of. A dedicated manager was assigned to look after us throughout our stay, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Ms. Meria Pan. She went above and beyond—helping us secure restaurant reservations, recommending places to explore in Chengdu, and providing thoughtful guidance. Even after we had left Chengdu for Chongqing, she continued to assist us, which was genuinely outstanding. The hotel room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. We were allocated a room on the 40th floor with wonderful city views—especially stunning at night. The room amenities were excellent, from the quality of the bed and linens to the luxurious bathroom and thoughtful room setup. The location of the hotel was also a major highlight. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and street food options right around the property, as well as convenience stores and mini marts just a short walk away. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The concierge team was equally impressive. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage for several days while we travelled to Chongqing, which made our trip much more convenient. Their professionalism and willingness to assist added to the overall positive experience. We also visited the sky bar during our stay and enjoyed the cakes and drinks while overlooking the city skyline. The ambiance was fantastic, and the desserts were delicious—definitely worth trying. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional service, luxurious comfort, and a prime location. The staff, especially Ms. Meria Pan, made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chengdu.

Excellent place to stay near to the metro station literally 2 min walking, near to different attractions and the Staff is so Kind. The room was so big and We felt comfortable. Also they provide a great variety of food for the breakfast, I highly recommend this place in Chengdu.

Extremely spacious, airy and comfortable rooms. Amazing location. Friendly and highly professional staff, phenomenal facilities including gym and an outdoor pool. One of the best breakfast offerings I have seen including made-to-order Chinese classics. Definitely the place to stay at when in Chengdu
