This is one of the best hotels I have ever been. The staff was so courteous and friendly, always happy to help the customer. One should learn customer centricity from this place. The room was excellent, and the food was exquisite. They gave so much attention to detail like decorating the room, leaving handwritten notes and making my stay comfortable. I congratulate the whole team for putting this experience together.

They are incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and maintained to impeccable standards of cleanliness. Every detail — from the plush bedding to the spotless bathrooms — reflects care and precision. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, ensuring the room felt fresh and welcoming every single day. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the staff. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made the stay feel personalized and memorable. It’s rare to experience such consistently warm service across all departments. The amenities are excellent — from the well-equipped fitness facilities and relaxing pool and spa to the elegant common areas. Everything is thoughtfully designed to enhance comfort and indulgence. Dining was another highlight of the stay. The restaurants offer a superb culinary experience with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The presentation, flavors, and service were all outstanding, making every meal something to look forward to. Overall, this hotel delivers a true royal luxury experience with spotless rooms, exceptional amenities, and some of the most gracious hospitality I’ve encountered. My stay was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, the food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and equipped with new, stylish furniture. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience. This definitely won’t be my last stay!

The hotel staff is just really amazing and helpful. I would especially like to mention Mr. Amal at the market restaurant who made sure we had the best dinner and made us feel very comfortable. Ms. Sujata, the guest relation was really sweet, she managed to arrange the cake, got the room decorated and was very helpful throughout the stay. Mr. Ibrar from the ganache cafe was extremely sweet, he assisted us very well. Housekeeping staff decorated (sahil, Deepak, priyabala) the entire room, got us a greeting card, The front office staff Shahzeb helped us with the late check out as well. I can't name all but each and everyone was eager to help. The breakfast and dinner spread were amazing. The Jacuzzi was on another level. Had an amazing stay. The Ritz-Carlton is going to be my next stay again for sure! Much love ❤️

Location, the pristine forest makes this a superb location to stay

Everything. Spacious rooms, courteous attendants, clean and ambient surroundings.

Staff was excellent. Their hospitality is what charmed us, especially the kitchen and serving staff. Property is boutique and not crowded with a great view over the beach. The sound of the waves put you in a comfortable sleep. Boating experience in the backwaters, viewing the mangroves and dolphin watching in between was good fun for the kids, although the boat could have been better to help reduce the duration.
