It’s a property with a soul, with decoration linked to some Sri Lanka famous movies. Rooms are great and all have a nice view to the big garden, pool and lake at the end. The restaurant is perfect, the hygiene is top, the quality of the food is great. People are super friendly. There is a great spa too with variety of massages. Ideal place to just stay and relax and/or visit some great places around. Very well decorated. A place where we will return.

Vajira and his family created a beautiful green oasis of hospitality. The room is spacious and very clean with a super comfortable mattress. We added an amazing breakfast. Vajira helped us getting organized and was there at any time to support on the most friendly way. Also the pickup from the airport was flawless. The feeling is more like a homestay with perfect privacy rather than a hotel/resort which we enjoyed a lot.

What made our stay really memorable is the staff, from front desk agents, to waiters at the restaurants, to the guys driving us around with buggies, to people servicing our room. They have been amazingly kind and hospitable with us. It is difficult to pick one in particular, but if we have to name one we would say Kusal, who on our last day came especially to pick us from the lake and drove us back to the reception. From the beginning, the location was exceptional. Where the hotel was located was very nice. The view of the hotel facing the rock was stunning, pool view from the bar was exceptional. The buffet was great. The dinner was a bit over priced, however the service was great. The location was perfect for us to go for an early morning hike to the the Lion Rock. The breakfast buffet was great, very authentic. Highly recommend.
