Often, the value of actual hospitality is underrated in the hospitality industry, and it's overshadowed by fancy facilities and frills. Not at Gran Hotel, where the staff treats you like their own guest. They are warm and will go out of their way to help you out. Oh, and the hotel itself is a heritage site with exceptional facilities & a location to kill for! Absolute, must visit. If I am ever in Mexico City again, I am staying at Gran for sure.

It looks very new. The rooms are spacious, the bed was large, and very clean overall. The staff is nice. Close to the Palace of Fine Arts (Bellas Artes) and within 10 minutes to Zocalo.

The staff greeted us with snacks and water every time we came home. Our room was perfectly cleaned every day. The room was very quiet despite being in a fun and busy neighborhood.
