The hotel staff is so kind and polite, that at one point I wondered whether I even deserve to be treated THAT nice! Really, I felt like a queen. These are the kind of people who say "you're the MOST welcome, ma'am" instead of "you're welcome" and if an issue arises, they solve it in seconds. What an exceptional hospitality! Everything matches the pictures and there is everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel: comfortable big beds with crispy bedsheets, amazing breakfast, beautiful infinity pool etc., but there are also some nice unexpected touches, like a welcome drink upon arrival, or Chenrezig mantra softly playing in the background during breakfast. It's crazy how you can get such service for such relatively low price. Unmatched quality. The only "disadvantage" is that you get spoiled and it's more difficult to stay in other hotels later.

Didn't do breakfast thist time, but the Saturday buffet was awesome. Also had my favorite dinner dish twice - the veggie mushroom risotto, and the Chef came to my table to explain the care in preparation. He's awesome. I love this place.
