I arrived at the hotel after a long and exhausting day, and I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the atmosphere felt. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which was exactly what I needed in that moment. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The highlight of my stay was the large, comfortable bed. Sleeping alone in such a big bed gave me a sense of peace and relaxation that I hadn’t felt in a while. I snored loudly during the night, but no one disturbed me while I was sleeping. I fell asleep almost instantly and woke up feeling refreshed and calm. Even though it was just one night, the experience was exactly what I needed: rest, comfort, and tranquility. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a restful stay.

The staff is amazing. All services are top quality with the professional attitude and on time! The hotel is clean and comfortable, rooms are noise-free, room service is excellent. Beds are extremely comfortable. Fantastic restaurant on roof top. All my requests and needs were met immediately and my stay was easy and comfortable as I wanted it to be. Attitude of hotel personnel is impeccable. Nothing it too much to ask for. Always smiling, very attentive to guests - the ladies from Lounge represent Serbian hospitality at it's best! Location of the hotel, the lounge view, top class facilities - these create a very unique experience. Special praise goes to Metropolitan restaurant, which converts into a true gourmet place in the evening. Amazing, when you really feel as a long waited and cherished guest, while actually being on a trip in a foreign country.
