Everything about this hotel was wonderful- the ambience, hospitality, food, and cleanliness were top-notch. Kathy and Koi were extremely helpful and made our stay feel like home. Koi was a fantastic driver during our trip to Ba Na Hills; the drive was pleasant and engaging, thanks to his friendly attitude. Kathy welcomed us warmly and was always there whenever we needed assistance. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the overall experience was excellent. Would love to stay here again.

I thought that the rooms were super beautiful especially left the paintings and I thought that it was super clean as well with all the Nies facilities. I actually extended my day and got to stay in two different rooms in both were really great. Kylie and the team are SO KIND! The front staff really goes above and beyond. They always look after you and go the extra mile. I was not expecting such fantastic hospitality and dedication! The ladies are so lovely too and I will definitely return.

The breakfast was out of this world. Vietnamese food is great, but this! It was insane, the portions were huge, the diversity was crazy. The staff was by far the nicest we've ever encountered, super nice and always there for us. We were short on cash when we arrived and no exchange was open, they found a solution. They also helped us book tours around Hoi An all the way to Hue. This is the best introduction to Vietnam we could have gotten.
